-Cooperate with other units in the University to hold workshops, seminars, thematic reports and provide assistance for the joint training projects, exchange lecturers, learners with foreign partners.

-Cooperate with related units to monitor, manage the inbound and outbound delegations according to the regulations; handle the invite and apply entry visa for foreign visitors

-Confirm the translated documents for officers and students in the University.

-Cooperate with other units, departments in the University and outside the University to ensure security, politics in foreign affairs.
